6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – EU Law)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Returned items must be:

• In original condition

• In original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

Photo evidence may be requested.
